Actress Ranjitha has approached a city court 0n 11-5-2012 to file a complaint against Kanchi Seer Jayendra Saraswathi for his alleged defamatory remarks against her. Actress Ranjitha, who was not present when the matter was called for being taken up by the First Additional Chief Magistrate on file, has been asked to be present in court on May 14. In her complaint, the actress said she is a strong believer in the principles of Hinduism and had attended discourses of self-styled godman Nityananda in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka and became his disciple.



She claimed that the insinuation by the Kanchi Seer, during an interview on Wednesday 9-5-2012 that she was always in the company of Nityananda and in the habit of accompanying him wherever he went had subjected her to "immense agony and stress" and was defamatory. In her complaint, she wanted the court to take cognizance of the alleged offence committed by the Seer, which was punishable under Section 499 (defamation) and Section 500 (punishment for defamation) of the IPC.



The Kanchi seer had reportedly made the remarks on Wednesday when he opposed Nityananda's appointment as the head of the 1,500-year-old Saivite Mutt, Madurai Adheenam. "Madurai Adeenam is one of the oldest mutts in India and headed by famous saints like Thirgnana Sambandar. The pontiffs of Madurai Adheenam should tonsure their head and wear 'Rudraksha' Moreover, he is involved in scandals and he is in the habit of taking actresses along with him everywhere, which is wrong,” the Sankaracharya said



The News papers dated 19-3-2012 has published that Bangaluru forensic expert P. Chandrasekhar findings that the Video of Nithyananda and Ranjitha was not morphed and it is original. First Nithyananda and Ranjaitha should go to the court and file a case against forensic expert. After winning in the case they can take up with Jayendrar.



Ladies are having menstrual periods hence they should avoid always accompanying saints. In this view it may be revealed by Jayendra Saraswathi. Every Saints while performing pooja or any religious activities they should not always have ladies by their side. Being a New Adheenam Nithyananda may not aware of these rituals of Saints.

Junior Vikatan Tamil Magazine in its issue dated 13-5-2012 stated that a young girl employed at Madurai Adhenam by Name Vaishnavi was attacked by the disciple of Nithyananda. It is stated that there is some problem between the lady Mathya the wife of Dhayananda and the girl Vaishnavi employed in Madurai Adheenam. It is stated that vaishnavi was attacked by Mathya. When this matter spread outside, Inspector Kadirvel of Light pillar police station came to Adheenam for enquiry.



Junior Vikatan reporters talked with the Police Inspector Kadirvel about the incident. Inspector told, that the staff of Nithyananda asked Vaishnavi some goods and Vaishnavi gave some of them. But they have asked more and Vaishnavi told them that she can give other articles after taking permission from Madurai Adheenam. The Nithyananda people scolded Vaishnavi in obscenity words and one of the lady told to seize the key from Vaishnavi. Vaishnavi immediately went to the room and locked inside. Nithyanda people cried and after some time Vaishnavi opened the door.



Another lady standing there scolding, and removed the dupatta and churidar of Vaishnavi and her clothes torned. Inspector told this was the statement Vaishnavi told to me. Inspector told that she has asked Vaishnavi that whether she is willing to make a complaint about this, For that she told that when Adheenam comes she will get a consent from him before giving the complaint.



Inspector Kadirvel told that both the Adheenam arrived and the gate of the Mutt was locked and he was waiting there up to 9.30.P.M. and returned. It is a pity that Police officials were not allowed inside the Madurai Adheenam Mutt. All Women’s Police Stations in Tamil Nadu are safe guarding the victimized Girls but it is a pity that the police officials was not able to protect the affected girl Vaishnavi.



It is the request of all people of Tamil Nadu that T.N. Govt must take initiative in arresting the people who have attacked Vaishnavi and for not allowing police officials to do their duty.

Income tax officials 5-5-2012 conducted a raid at the Madurai Adheenam (mutt) which has been in the limelight following the appointment of the controversial self-styled god man Nityananda as head of the 1500-year-old Saivaite Mutt.


Officials, who entered the mutt on 5-52012 morning, sealed all exit points and started checking the strong room. Officials said they were conducting the raid on orders from their Delhi counterparts and they had seized some documents and cash but declined to give details.


They assessed the value of the "golden" crown and "golden" throne, which was brought to the mutt before appointment of Nityananda as the 293rd mutt head besides the jewellery in the mutt premises, IT officials said.


Mutt officials said rent collected from various shopping complex buildings was nominal, and their accounts were audited both by the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments department and their own auditors. They said the Adheenam (mutt head) would be offered "Padakanikai" (money given by devotees),which was exempted from Income Tax.


Nityananda's appointment as Mutt head on April 27 has triggered a controversy with many religious leaders and political outfits protesting against it.


Nityananda, had already landed in a controversy after a video footage showing him in a compromising position with an actress was telecast by local TV channels in March 2010. He was arrested on Apr 21, 2010 from Solan in Himachal Pradesh and granted bail on June 11, 2010 by the Karnataka High Court.


The raid could be a follow up to the statement made in a press conference by Nityananda that he had given Rs one crore to Madurai Adheenam as donation and a further donation would be made during the ‘kanakabishekam' of the senior mutt head.


It is better for Nithyananda to go to Bidadi Ashram and look after his own religious duties without inviting any further controversy activities in Madurai Adheenam.

The Madras high court has asked the Hindu religious and charitable endowments (HR&CE) department and the Madurai Adheenam to maintain status quo in respect to the protection of properties belonging to the mutt.



An interim direction to this effect was issued by a vacation bench comprising Justices C S Karnan and K Ravichandra Babu on Thursday, after advocate S Prabakaran submitted that appointment of Nithyananda as the mutt’s next pontiff would sound death-knell for the centuries-old seat of Saivism.



The matter relates to a PIL filed by an advocate seeking to restrain the HR&CE commissioner and adheenam from permitting Nithyananda to hold the post. When the case came up for hearing, Prabakaran submitted that the head of an adheenam is an administrative as well as financial controller of the mutt according to Section 6(22) of the Tamil Nadu HR&CE Act 1959.



Noting that the Act stipulated that a trustee should not suffer any mental defect or have been convicted of any offence or involved in moral delinquencies, he said making Nithyananda the 293 rd guru of the adheenam was an ill-conceived move. It is not intended to better the Saivite cause, Prabakaran said, and wanted the court to quash the appointment. The bench has adjourned the matter to June 4 for further hearing.

Eswaran and Eesan were deemed as the only God. Kadavul become Eayavul in old Tamil. This was further abridged as “Ea” in Sumeria. Easan, Easus, got converted to Jesus of Jerusalem.


Lord Shiva represents the aspect of the Supreme Being (Brahman of the Upanishads) that continuously dissolves to recreate in the cyclic process of creation, preservation, dissolution and recreation of the universe. As stated earlier, Lord Shiva is the third member of the Hindu Trinity, the other two being Lord Brahma and Lord Vishnu.


Vishnu,Krishna, Siva,Durga are all but the manifestations of the One Eswara concept is as old as creation. The most ancient Lemurian Tamils hailed this concept as their own.


Once Goddess Parvathy [Dakshayani], went to her father Datcha’s house, where he was conducting yagam. Her husband Lord Shiva was not invited by him. Inspite of her husband lord shiva's advice not to go their Dakshayani went there and she was insulted by Datchan (her father). So she fell in the homa-agni. By seeing this Lord shiva became fierce and he destroyed the yaga-salai where Yaga was conducted. I have explained this in Tamil thro “You Tube”.

The pontiffs of 12 mutts in Tamil Nadu have given an ultimatum to the pontiff of Madurai mutt, Arunagirinatha Sri Gnanasambanda Desika Paramacharya Swamigal, to withdraw within 10 days his announcement crowning the controversial, self– styled god man Nityananda as his successor and the 293rd pontiff of the influential Saivite mutt.A resolution to this effect was passed at the emergency meeting of the mutt heads at the arts college premises at Dharumapuram, near Mayiladuthurai, on 1-5-2012 Tuesday, with Dharumaipuram aadheenam Shanmuga Desika Swamigal in the Chair.


Taking strong exception to the Madurai aadheenam’s announcement that Nityananda would be his successor, the heads of the 12 other mutts, through another resolution, warned the Madurai aadheenam that legal proceedings will be initiated against him, in consultation with legal experts, if he continued to stick to his stand.


Another resolution said the mutt heads had decided to take to the notice of TN government the activities of the Madurai aadheenam which are in contradiction to the time-honoured custom, convention and established practice of Saivites.


Later, addressing mediapersons, Muthukumara Swamigal, aadheenam of Kasi mutt in Thiruppanandal, said it was shocking that the aadheenam head had chosen to ignore the strong sentiments against his move and the religious conventions and established practice of Saiva Hindus and crowned Nityananda who is facing criminal cases.


Despite having invited the Madurai aadheenam over phone to attend the meeting, to request him to change his decision, the Madurai aadheenam did not turn up, said the Swamigal.


Ooran Adigal, founder of ‘Samarasa Sanmarga Aaraaichi Nilayam', Vadalur in Cuddalore explained that traditionally, the head of the Mutt, in the evening of his life, will appoint one of the many Thambirans (junior monks attached to the mutt) as his successor by giving him the title ‘Ilaya Sannidhanam' or ‘Ilavarasu'.“But the Ilvarasu would not get the title as head of the Mutt, as it has been done in the case of Nithyananda, so long as the existing head is alive,” he further said.


“If one has to become a pontiff of any saivite mutt, he has to get samaya deeksha, perform visheda (Siva) pooja and then obtain acharya deeksha and nirvana deeskha. Nityananda has not followed any of the practices before taking over as mutt head. Sources in Madurai Aadheenam also say that the pontiff has to necessarily tonsure his head which the controversial god man has failed to. They also point out that when the mutt head is alive, there can only be a junior pontiff and not equal to his status.


Tamil Nadu Government to look into these affairs immediately and bring justice to the 1500 years old Madurai Adheenam, which should go under the hands wrong persons.
