Pakistan was in the process of setting up a uranium enrichment plant at Kahuta near Rawalpindi as a Military project, independent of their Department of Atomic energy.

In 1972, Z.A. Bhutto gathers Pakistan's top scientists at Multan, and orders them to build an atomic bomb. The Islamic background of the Bomb is particularly important. The Pakistani concept of their in the Islamic world is somewhat analogous to the Israeli concept of their role in relation to the Zionist movement. Pakistan like the Zionist state of Israel was created for purely religious consideration.

In Pakistan on the other hand, the treatment of minorities leaves them as only second-class citizens, serving as targets for periodic, officially stimulated mass attacks on their life, honour and property. Thousands of communal incidents have taken place in the two wings of Pakistan on most of which Government of India and the state Governments concerned have had to lodge protests with Pakistan authorities though in vain.

Without stopping the terrorism of Pakistan activists in Jammu and Kashmir and in several places of India there is no use having peace talk with Pakistan Government. Mere talk won’t do the peace proposal.

We cannot compare any other people with freedom fighter’s of India, who gave their life to our Indian Independence from British Rulers. The Indian freedom fighters brought the Indian independence ship through rough seas and landed it in safe position. Even though several differences within our country may prevail, we must try to elevate them and our unity should not be broken by cast wars and communalism. While landing in India the British rulers planted the seeds of cast differences within the Indian people for harvesting the gains from them.. In the name of religion the British rulers divided India in to two countries. Because of British rulers divide and rule policy, we have lost several of our brethrens even by 14th August the edge of independence, thousands of innocent people had already been killed in the streets of Lahore and Amritsar and in the villages of Punjab. British rulers divided us and left us in the same way. We must learn the lessons from the History and to work hard to remove the differences from our people
